Contact Form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, organization (optional), and your message. When you submit it, the details are sent to Sorexis Consulting by email through an email delivery provider. They are not stored in a database on this website.

To prevent spam, the form uses a hidden field, may use Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-focused spam check that does not use advertising cookies), and briefly records your IP address in server memory to limit repeated submissions. That record is discarded automatically within minutes.

Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. It uses Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count visits: which pages are viewed, the referring website, and the visitor's country, browser, and device type. Umami sets no cookies, does not store IP addresses, and does not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, your visit is not counted.

Videos in the Insights section are hosted on YouTube or Vimeo and load only when you choose to play them; YouTube videos use its privacy-enhanced mode. Once a video plays, that provider's own privacy policy applies.

If a newsletter is offered in the future, this policy will be updated to explain how subscriber email addresses are handled before sign-up is available.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, schedule and provide services, communicate about potential or existing engagements, operate and improve our website and services, and meet applicable legal or business obligations.

Third-Party Services

Sorexis Consulting may use third-party services to support website hosting, scheduling, communications, and other business operations. When you use those services, information may also be processed according to the privacy practices of the applicable provider.

For example, consultation scheduling is provided through Microsoft Bookings, and published articles and images are delivered through the Sanity content platform.

Sharing of Information

Sorexis Consulting does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate our business or provide requested services, or when disclosure is required by law.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information under our control. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
